We are recruiting a customer focused and hands-on Country Commercial Manager on behalf of our client, to take commercial responsibility for the Norwegian operations on behalf of FrostPharma AB. This role presents a unique opportunity to step into a high-impact position within a small but ambitious specialty pharma company with a growing footprint across the Nordics.
About the Role
As Country Commercial Manager Norway, you will be responsible for driving FrostPharma’s business growth and success across a broad portfolio of therapeutic areas. You will lead both planning and execution, ensuring successful product launches, lifecycle optimization, market access, and strong local stakeholder engagement.
This is a key position where you will represent FrostPharma on the Norwegian market and work cross-functionally across the Nordic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute successful product launches and optimize lifecycle value across therapeutic areas
- Establish strong relationships with KOLs and HCPs to drive product uptake
- Lead the small Norwegian team in alignment with FrostPharma’s mission, vision and long-term objectives
- On behalf of FrostPharma AB shape, submit, and manage tenders to maximize product reach and market share
- Conduct pharmacy and wholesaler negotiations and grow partnerships
- Secure market access via navigating the Norwegian healthcare system, purchasing & requisitions, reimbursement pathways, and pricing structures
- Collaborate cross-functionally with regional teams and external stakeholders
Candidate Profile
We are looking for an entrepreneurial and commercially driven person with strong insights into the Norwegian pharmaceutical landscape, with experience from small and midsized pharma companies. You are analytical and hands-on, with a natural ability to turn market dynamics and disruption into business opportunities. You bring both leader- and team player, which together with broad and deep health care knowledge lay the foundation for commercial excellence.
Required Experience & Skills:
- 7+ years of experience from the pharmaceutical industry in Norway, including experience from smaller companies
- In-depth knowledge of the Norwegian healthcare system and market access processes
- Demonstrated experience with pricing strategy, reimbursement processes, and the Norwegian reference price system
- Hands-on experience with tenders and generics, including shaping, submitting, and following up to ensure optimal uptake
- Proven negotiation skills with pharmacies, wholesalers and public buyers
- Strong leadership skills with a collaborative and relationship-oriented approach
- Ability to co-create and engage both internally and externally
- Structured, strategic, and commercially driven
- Fluent in English and Norwegian, both written and spoken
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Valid driving license
