Brand Manager
We are looking for a Brand Manager Hematology to join a leading pharmaceutical company on a consultancy basis. This role will support the Commercial Department and reports directly to the Business Unit Lead Sweden. The position will play a key role in shaping and executing marketing strategies, with a strong focus on cross-functional collaboration and omni-channel activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of the marketing mix and coordinate business planning, brand strategies, portfolio management, and new product launches.
- Develop and implement cross-functional omni-channel communication and brand strategies, including editorial planning.
- Localize and adapt promotional materials developed internationally; create locally relevant content when needed.
- Implement promotional activities such as campaigns, events, congress booths, and advisory boards.
- Train and support field teams in omni-channel strategy while integrating feedback.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to drive market development.
- Monitor competitive landscape, market dynamics, and customer insights using CRM tools and direct engagement.
- Contribute to brand business performance and ensure strong execution of operational plans.
- Actively engage in local and regional marketing networks to ensure best practice sharing.
Qualifications & Skills
- Academic degree in natural sciences, business administration, or similar fields.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in marketing/brand management roles, preferably within healthcare or pharmaceuticals.
- LIF-graduation, or similar preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent command of both Swedish and English (spoken and written).
- Valid driver’s license.
