Health Care Compliance Specialist
We are currently looking for a Health Care Compliance Specialist for a consulting assignment with a client operating within the MedTech/Life Sciences industry. The role is based in Stockholm and involves working closely with the Healthcare Compliance (HCC) team to support and drive compliance programs and activities across the organization.
In this role, you will contribute to the implementation and execution of Healthcare Compliance programs and processes. You will collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders across the organization, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Supply Chain and management, ensuring that compliance standards and regulatory requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities
Support the HCC team in organizing and delivering compliance training and communication across relevant business functions
Execute and support Healthcare Compliance testing and monitoring programs
Review business requests and documentation as part of compliance review and approval processes
Support risk assessments, self-assessments and internal audit preparations
Assist with the implementation and harmonization of compliance procedures and processes
Support the management of compliance inquiries, deviations and investigations
Work with systems used to collect, analyze and report compliance data and metrics
Collaborate with legal teams, internal stakeholders and external advisors
Participate in or lead regional or cross-functional compliance initiatives and projects
Ensure internal and external reporting requirements are met in accordance with applicable regulations
Requirements
BA/BS degree or equivalent (advanced degree preferred)
Minimum 6 years of business experience, preferably within Compliance or related fields
Experience within areas such as Compliance, Finance, Sales & Marketing, Medical Affairs, Legal, Quality, Regulatory Affairs or Auditing
Experience from the Medical Device, MedTech or Pharmaceutical industry is strongly preferred
Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and in a structured, detail-oriented manner
Strong analytical and influencing skills and ability to navigate complex organizations
Proven ability to handle complex or ambiguous situations and deliver results
Fluent in English and Swedish

You are comfortable navigating complex regulatory environments and balancing both operational tasks and strategic thinking. With strong interpersonal skills, you build trust with stakeholders and handle challenges in an open and constructive way.
