Health Care Compliance Specialist
We are currently looking for a Health Care Compliance Specialist for a consulting assignment with a client operating within the MedTech / Life Sciences industry. The role is based in Stockholm and involves working closely with the Healthcare Compliance (HCC) team, supporting compliance activities across the organization.
In this role, you will support and execute Healthcare Compliance programs and activities, ensuring that business activities, particularly interactions with healthcare professionals and organizations, are conducted in line with applicable regulations and industry codes. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across functions such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Legal and Supply Chain.
Key Responsibilities
Support and coordinate Healthcare Compliance training and communication
Execute and support HCC testing and monitoring activities
Review business requests and documentation as part of compliance processes
Support risk assessments, self-assessments and audit preparations
Assist in the implementation of compliance procedures and processes
Support handling of compliance-related inquiries and deviations
Work with systems to collect, analyze and report compliance data
Collaborate with legal teams and internal stakeholders
Participate in cross-functional compliance initiatives and projects
Ensure reporting requirements are met in line with regulations and industry standards
Requirements
BA/BS degree or equivalent (advanced degree preferred)
Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience, preferably within Compliance or related areas
Experience within Healthcare Compliance (HCC), Regulatory, Legal, Audit or similar
Experience from the Medical Device, MedTech or Pharmaceutical industry
Knowledge of MedTech Europe Code of Ethics and Nordic MedTech regulations
Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and in a structured, detail-oriented manner
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a complex and regulated environment
Fluency in English and Swedish
You are a structured and collaborative professional who enjoys working in a cross-functional environment. You are comfortable operating in a regulated setting and have a practical approach to compliance in day-to-day business activities. With strong interpersonal skills, you build good working relationships and contribute to a positive and solution-oriented way of working.
This is an 8-month consulting assignment with an international company within the Life Sciences / MedTech industry, based in Stockholm, offering the opportunity to work hands-on with healthcare compliance in a well-established organization.
